We qualify candidates by reviewing their resume, which then progresses to the short-listing of said candidate through an initial pre-screening phone call. The next stage is an in-depth assessment via a virtual or an in-person meeting. This is the moment when we discover pertinent details regarding the candidate’s background, skills, and personality to see if they fit with your company’s culture.

We act as the client’s ambassador in the candidate marketplace. As such, we do not rely solely on potential candidates approaching us but we utilize multiple tools and initiatives to source both passive and active candidates. We headhunt from direct competitors, search from internal and external databases of existing candidate networks, from which we are also able to gather referrals. We also utilize industry specific resources and data on an on-going basis.
