Retained search is typically used for mid to senior level executive or advanced specialist positions which require a unique set of skills. This search is done exclusively through Evolve Recruitment and the typical hiring timeline can be between 90 – 180 days. Due to the sensitivity of the senior level positions, we represent your business in a confidential manner and are engaged in all aspects of the search process, starting from defining a tailor-made search strategy through candidate integration.Additional assessments and HR tools are available to validate the behaviour, personality traits and motivators of the ideal candidate (additional fee outside our standard placement fee).
We offer certified staff who can run the analytics and spend time reviewing the results with your staff.

Contingent Search:
More often than not, clients have time sensitive hiring needs and require a quick and accurate reaction without losing the thorough approach required for shortlisting professionals.
Evolve Recruitment has an on-going interest in the well-being of your company and continuously seeks after talent which could be beneficial to our client’s business. Due to having multiple job orders within an industry and of a similar skill set, this typically allows for the process to begin with a wide array of candidates and the client to receive a selected and reviewed shortlisting. The timeline of hiring is typically between 7 days to 90 days.
Pro-active recruitment strategies such as headhunting, on-going advertisement and promotional material as well as connecting with professional networks to leverage referrals, are utilized to attract talent on a continuing basis.

What is the process?
An in-depth understanding of the role you are hiring for is a key component. This understanding allows us to connect with decision-makers and when possible, we conduct an in-person meeting to take position specifications, whilst learning how to effectively represent and promote your company attributes to the candidate marketplace.
We act as the client’s ambassador in the candidate marketplace. As such, we do not rely solely on potential candidates approaching us but we utilize multiple tools and initiatives to source both passive and active candidates. We headhunt from direct competitors, search from internal and external databases of existing candidate networks, from which we are also able to gather referrals. We also utilize industry specific resources and data on an on-going basis.
We qualify candidates by reviewing their resume, which then progresses to the short-listing of said candidate through an initial pre-screening phone call. The next stage is an in-depth assessment via a virtual or an in-person meeting. This is the moment when we discover pertinent details regarding the candidate’s background, skills, and personality to see if they fit with your company’s culture.
We maintain constant and consistent to provide status updates of how the search is progressing but to also understand any changes which need to be considered during the timeline of the search.
A detailed and tailored resume profile is presented for every candidate. Providing a summary of skill set, candidate’s interests, motivations, compensation expectations and feedback from the identification process.
Preparation of both client and candidate to ensure a productive process, as well as a debriefing session, to ensure on-going communication and reviewing of expectations. We also conduct references on behalf of the client and present them accordingly.
This can be one of the most delicate stages of the recruitment process. We assist you extending the offer and it has been proven that candidates feel more at ease, allowing them to verbalize how they feel about the offer to a recruiter they have maintained a relationship with.
